Q: What could cause a small amount of blood, after an ejaculation to come from a man's penis.?
I heard the the warming signs of prostate cancer is a leakage of blood from a man's penis. Is this true or is it the warning sign of something else.

Q: Is there a risk I have testicular cancer?
i was born with an undescended testicle. i had a couple of operations as a baby cos of it. my mum was told that the only thing is i might develop prostate or testicular cancer as i get older. i've always had problems down there but one thing i've never told people (i mean i cant exactly tell my parents) is that i have one ball significantly larger than the other (4x as large). and the smaller one lately has been really painful to touch.
after reading wikipedia and a few sites that could be a sign of testicular cancer which is most common for my age range, i'm currently 17. and after the warning as a baby i'm pretty freaked out. 1 in 500 guys who are born with an undescended testicle develop testicular cancer as they get older.
can anybody help me out here and give their views? someone with personal experience?
I can't exactly "not worry about it till I'm 35" if I'm in pain. Cancer is teenagers may be low but it still exists. I'm just wondering if this could easily be something else and if I'm panicking for no reason.
Another thing is (I'm so sorry if this sounds racist) but nearly every doctor where I am is foreign. My GP is Indian and I can't understand him, the hospital is mostly foreigners and I don't feel comfortable with them. I can't understand them and we can't communicate. When it comes to something like this I want an English doctor who I can have a conversation with... I actually don't trust or like foreign doctors because of past experience.
A: If it's really painful just to touch one, you should probably tell your parents this and go to the doctor together.
EDIT: Teenagers and young men are most at risk for testicular cancer and it does happen before age 35.
EDIT 2: With testicular cancer there's usually a bump on one of them, which doesn't seem to be the case here (as one just seems to be larger than the other). I do still think you should get it checked out. You chould just ask your parents for a check-up and ask your doctor then.
It is important to have a doctor you feel you can talk to, so maybe you could mention this to your parents and hopefully they can help you out.
